An Original In High Technology

Arkansas Industrial Electric was one of the first to recognize the importance of "Hi-Tech" control products in American industry. We have include a complete training facility in our building that has over $200,000 in training and demonstrational equipment. This allows our PLC, drives, motion, industrial control, and software specialists to consult with customers about product availability, complete automation systems, and to demonstrate what we can do for our customers.

Basic MRO Business

Let Arkansas Industrial Electric be your storeroom for MRO items. As an electrical distributor, it is our function and responsibility to stock your daily use items. Technology is advancing and a lot of companies are specializing in "hi-tech" products but its comforting to know that AIE recognizes the need for basic MRO items. These products will remain a vital part of our service. You have made these products a large part of our success.

A Leading Allen-Bradley Distributor

In 1968, Arkansas Industrial Electric was formed and became an aggressive Allen-Bradley distributor in both sales and training. AIE's motto became, "We do what we have to do to get the order and to satisfy our customer."

On-Call Sales Service

Arkansas Industrial Electric has nine Inside Sales people, plus back-up from our Automation Support Team of specialist including product specialist, repair services, and administrative staff. AIE has six Automation Specialist for PLC's, Motion, Drives, AC/DC Drives, Industrial Control, Software, Computers, and Vision. Each Salesperson and specialist carry a pager, mobile telephone, or both. Both Outside and Inside sales staff members are on 24-hour call for our customer's service. AIE offers seminars and customer up-dates regularly to help keep our customers current in this period of technological change.

Continued Growth

Thanks to you, our customers, we have been able to expand into new cities in the mid-south area. These areas include Grenada, MS; Jackson, TN; and Memphis, TN. We feel with Blytheville and Jonesboro we have five stores strategically located in order to better be able to service our customer needs with swift response time.
